How to Manage Your Subscription & Offer a Portal to Your Clients
Step 1: Access the FieldFlow Client Portal
1️⃣ Log in to your FieldFlow account
2️⃣ Navigate to Billing & Subscription under Account Settings
Step 2: Manage Your Payment Methods
Click on the Payment Methods tab
View all your saved credit cards
Click Delete to remove an outdated card
Click Update to receive a secure link for payment updates
Step 3: Control Your Subscription & Invoices
Click on the Subscriptions tab to see your active plans
Click Cancel if you need to switch plans
Go to the Invoices tab to view and download past invoices
Use Filters to quickly find transactions
