How to Manage Your Subscription & Offer a Portal to Your Clients

Step 1: Access the FieldFlow Client Portal

1️⃣ Log in to your FieldFlow account
2️⃣ Navigate to Billing & Subscription under Account Settings


Step 2: Manage Your Payment Methods

  • Click on the Payment Methods tab

  • View all your saved credit cards

  • Click Delete to remove an outdated card

  • Click Update to receive a secure link for payment updates


Step 3: Control Your Subscription & Invoices

  • Click on the Subscriptions tab to see your active plans

  • Click Cancel if you need to switch plans

  • Go to the Invoices tab to view and download past invoices

  • Use Filters to quickly find transactions


Step 4: Ascend Plan – Set Up Your Own Client Portal

If you're on the FieldFlow Ascend Plan, setting up your client portal is simple:

2️⃣ Customize your branding so it matches your business
